01What Bioma is
Boldo Bioma is the set of apps built and run by Gipsy Lab Design e Comunicação Ltda, CNPJ 36.363.318/0001-84 ("Boldo"): Alinha, Aprova, Calcula, Rende, Sincroniza, Bioma and Bioma MCP, and the Boldo Account that gives access to them. By using any of them, you agree to these terms.
02Who can use it
The apps are made for Boldo's team and for the people Boldo invites, such as clients and partners. Boldo grants and removes access, app by app, according to your work.
03Your account
You sign in with your Boldo Account, using a password and a second step. Keep both safe, and tell Boldo if you suspect someone used your account. You are responsible for what is done with your account unless you warned Boldo beforehand.
04Acceptable use
Do not use the apps for anything illegal, to send spam, to infringe other people's rights, or to try to bypass security, access other accounts' data or overload the systems.
05Your content
What you create in the apps remains yours (or the client's, according to the project contract). You give Boldo only the permission needed to store, process and show this content to the people you share it with, so the apps can work.
06Connected services
When you connect a Google, Microsoft or other account, the app acts only on your instructions and within the permissions you granted. That service's own terms still apply. You can disconnect at any time.
07AI features
Bioma MCP and the other connectors let your own Claude use Boldo's tools. AI can make mistakes: check the answers before acting on them. Bioma MCP cannot send email or delete anything: it writes drafts that you review and send yourself. Issuing an invoice through Calcula always needs a person to confirm.
08Availability
Boldo works to keep the apps running and secure, but they are provided as they are, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Features may change or be removed, with notice when the change is significant.
09Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Boldo is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss caused by using, or being unable to use, the apps.
10Privacy
How we handle personal data, including Google data, is described in the Privacy Policy. Read the Privacy Policy.
11Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email or inside the apps before it takes effect.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
